These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Diyt: Lose it ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Diyt: Lose it mobile application and website. By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Service. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Terms of Service prior to you using the Service.

Diyt: Lose it is a tool for tracking and journaling your personal journey. We are not a medical organization and our staff cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. Nothing contained in this App should be construed as such advice or diagnosis. The information and reports generated by us should not be interpreted as a substitute for physician consultation, evaluation, or treatment.
You are urged and advised to seek the advice of a physician before beginning any weight loss effort or regimen. usage of the App is at your own risk.
You may be required to register with the App. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Diyt: Lose it offers premium features through the following subscription plans:
Certain subscription plans may offer a free trial. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee for the plan you selected. You may cancel during the trial period via your App Store account settings without incurring any charges.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to premium features until then. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription term.
You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. The App may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the App, you agree not to:
Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the App. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE APP (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of your country. Diyt: Lose it and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of your country shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
